our Ashburton restaurant and bar is ideal for medium sized family dinners, birthdays or celebrations. our courtyard and mezzanine areas offer fantastic venue options for larger groups.
private courtyard area
with beautiful wooden decking and an outdoor fire, our Ashburton restaurant’s secluded courtyard area is perfect for groups of between 20 – 40 people.
rain or shine, our courtyard is your venue. our courtyard features an adjustable louvered roof, which lets light in and keeps light out and gas heaters to keep you cosy when the sun goes down.
bi-folding doors open onto the front entrance of our Ashburton restaurant and bar, to allow for private access to your celebration. your group can even have access to the main bar, via a private bar window.
mezzanine
on cold Ashburton nights, our mezzanine floor is ideal for drinks with colleagues or a full buffet dinner birthday celebration. overlooking the main bar, the mezzanine offers the chance to be part of the bar action, yet with the privacy of your own space. the mezzanine is perfect for groups of 20- 55 people.
our mezzanine features its own bar which is discretely hidden away behind cupboard doors! there’s no better way to celebrate with friends and family, than with a Heineken or Monteith’s Original, fresh from the tap. we can also stock the fridges with your choice of beer or wine.
menus
if you’d like to include a meal, we can create a distinctive buffet menu or set menu especially for your group. alternatively, our canapé menu and platters are also perfect for special occasions!
